By purchasing any theme/service/subscription/membership (the “product(s)”) from wpHoot, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions described below.
WordPress Theme Licensing & Usage
All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). By purchasing a theme from wpHoot, the customer is granted license to install and use the theme on unlimited websites for both personal and commercial projects.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms (to the extent that they relate to the wpHoot themes) and the GNU License, the GNU License shall prevail.
WordPress Themes Refund Policy
Since wpHoot is offering non-tangible irrevocable, digital goods we do not issue refunds after the product purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding when you use this site.
wpHoot reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify price of the wpHoot products without individual notice to its customers. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the wpHoot website.
All wpHoot products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that all our WordPress themes will work in all browsers or with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins or scripts.
In no event shall wpHoot or its employees be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Any of our product might be discontinued without notice, though every effort is made on our part to avoid such situations. In the case of a discontinued product, we will offer assistance to the customer without any guarantees to migrate to another similar wpHoot product.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the wpHoot products, modified or unmodified. All products are copyright of wpHoot.
All payments are handled through Paypal. Please take note that for membership plans, your membership will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period if your membership is still active. If you wish to cancel your membership (i.e. you would not like to extend it with a similar extension to your existing one), then you need to notify us via e-mail (email@example.com) at least 7 days prior to the end of your membership, requesting such a cancellation. No exceptions will be made in this regard and if your subscription is automatically renewed, we will assume that you have done so with your express permission. No refunds whatsoever will be given in this regard.
Delivery & Invoice
After we have successfully received your payment, you will be granted access to the Members Area using the login credentials you created during the signup/checkout process. In case you are unable to access your Members Area, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Contact Form.

Invoices – A Paypal receipt is deemed to be sufficient financial information, however invoices for your purchase may be available for download via the ‘Payments History’ section of your Members Area.
